I remember when I discovered K-Bbeauty in New York. It was 2014 and I, as is usual, I was surfing on the internet. I already knew some brands from when I lived in Brazil and used to buy some products from eBay. That’s when I found out about Flushing, and its countless stores of super cool brands. At that time, the options of retail stores were practically restricted to that area. But, from 2014 to now, a lot has changed in this scenario. Several stores opened in Manhattan, specialized websites – such as SokoGlam, Peach & Lily and Glow Recipe – even Sephora surrendered to the Korean Beauty trend. As a lover of this beauty world, I loved to follow it all up close. For you to have an idea of how this trend really came to be, last month Korean cosmetics arrive at CVS! Yes, one of the most famous drugstore’s chains in the USA now has a selection of Korean cosmetics. The new is the result of a partnership with Alicia Yoon, founder of Peach and Lily, one of the best-known cosmetics e-commerces in Korea. Alicia curated more than 100 products from seven innovative brands. One is Peach Slices, her own brand. The best of everything? Besides the products being super cute, the prices are also affordable. The products are available in more than 2,000 CVS units – including New York. Below you can see some highlights!
Citrus Honey Aqua Glow, Peach Slices – this multitasking moisturizer simplifies your routine. It is a versatile hard-working formula, a lightweight gel that melts into skin and absorbs super fast.
