Last week, I posted the part one of this list here? I said that there were a lot of products and, because of this, I would write two posts. For those that just arrived here these are valuable information. Beauty editors from some American magazines and websites told The Coveteur which products from drugstores are their favorites. You can imagine that these opinions are great, since these people work with cosmetics every day, right?
For Leah Wyar, from Cosmopolitan e Seventeen, her favorite item is Jergens body lotion Original Scent, that makes skin soft.. Jamie Rosen, from Town & Country, really like Eye Makeup Remover pads, da Almay. She uses these pads to remove makeup since forever. There are a lot in the container and they never dry out. Emily Dougherty, from Elle, tells that her favorite is Color Elixir, Maybelline, Signature Scarlet color, because it lasts and has a glossy finish.
The list of Milly Almodovar, from Cosmo for Latinas, is a little bit longer. She is obsessed with drugstore cosmetics and loves Pro Conceal HD Concealer, LA Girl, because it covers everything and it can be used with contour techniques. New Revlon PhotoReady Airbrush Foundation is one of her favorites too, because it seems like a second skin – she likes to apply with Beauty Blender. For lashes, her favorite is LashBlas, Covergirl, because lengthens and thickens without clumping. Infallible Gel Lacquer Liner, from L’oréal, helps with a perfect line. She also uses Full & Plush Root Amp Root Lifting Spray Mousse, Garnier, because she loves voluminous hair and this product is good for the roots.
For Jenny Bailly, from Allure, Aquaphor, Eucerin, is her favorite. She has a lot of then (from small to big) and uses like a lip balm, a cuticle save and even like a blush on the cheeks. For Alexandra Parnass, from Harper’s Bazaar, the winner is Tropical Coconut Moisturizing Spray, fromKiss My Face. She guarantees that has been trying a lot ob body lotions, from luxurious brands, but always comes back for this one, that has a formula with coconut oil.
Faith Xue, from Byrdie, has a lot of favorites. For her, drugstores are like playgrounds. Her firs winner is Baby Lips, Maybelline, and she has one of each, all the colors. It gives a perfect color to the lips and moisturizers the area. From Maybelline, she also loves The Falsies, a mascara that provides volume and definition. Products in a pencil form are her favorites, so, that’s because she likes ColorBurst Balm Stain, Revlon, that gives color and it is hydrating . For skincare, she loves In-Shower Body Lotion, da Nivea, because it is practical and it can be used during shower – and it really moisturizers the skin. By the end, there is Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream, Olay. It works like a luxurious cream, but is affordable.
For finish, we have Joanna Douglas, Yahoo Beauty. One of her winners is Nivea Creme, a classic, because the texture. She uses to leave a small one in her purse for emergencies. Another skincare product that she loves is Yes to Cucumbers Gentle Milk Cleanser, because it is practical and effective – it removes mascara. The Colossal, Maybelline, is her favorite mascara, because provides voluminous lashes. She also likes Vaseline Rosy Lips lip balm, because the packaging is cute and the formula is good.
