You know that beauty is something that I always talk about here on the blog, right? I love exploring stores, brands and products – and New York offers a lot of options. But if your budget is tight, do not worry: the city also offers many options for those who do not want – or can not – spend a lot on makeup. Here on the blog, I’ve done a post showing 5 stores to buy cheap makeup in New York. Today, I will update this list by adding three more choices of stores that offer good products at affordable prices.
Kiko Milano – If you are one of those beauty addicted – or has traveled to Europe – you probably already know or have heard about Kiko. Kiko is an Italian brand super famous in Europe that came to USA in 2014 and has stores in New York. Kiko focus is makeup: a lot of products, the quality is great and the prices are the best part: super affordable. For anyone who is coming to New York and wants to invest in makeup items, Kiko is a great option. There are products starting at $4. My favorites are Unlimited Stylo Lipstick and the bronzers. Besides that, Kiko always has a great sale, with discounts up to 50%. The seasonal special collections are amazing!

Nyx – The brand is easily found here in the United States on chains such as Target and CVS – and, in New York, you can also find it at Harmon and Ricky’s. A while ago, Nyx decided to open stores in the country. The store is huge, super bright, with beautiful benches to try the products and tablets for you to check out videos tutorials and tips. The store also has a space for you to customize your eyeshadows palettes – you choose the colors and design it as you wish. Everything is divided according to the categories: lips, eyes, skin. It’s also good to remember something very important: Nyx is known for good products at affordable prices. Most of the products do not cost more than $ 10.

Absolute New York – this brand is sold in places like CVS and Walgreens and now has its own store in New York City. I would say Absolute is on the same level as Nyx and e.l.f. cosmetics, talking about prices. There are an immense variety of lipsticks and glosses, besides eyeshadows and palettes, eyeliners, eyelash masks, products for eyebrows, primer, contour and highlighting items, etc. In addition, Absolute New York also has a collection of brushes and other accessories, such as makeup sponges. Add to that the skincare line, inspired by Korean beauty routine. Best of all are the prices: makeup products cost from $3.99 (lipstick) and go up to $24.99 (palette with more than 30 colors of eyeshadows). I love the eyeliners, they are great!
